What are some jobs where you can choose your own hours?

Which of these two jobs do you think has better career choice?

• If you have these two choices of jobs to apply to which one would you choose and why? 1. Patient Service Rep (PSR), delivering and picking up medical braces for elbows and knees to patients' homes and some nursing homes. You have a company van and you get to make your own schedule but mostly you'll be working over time and will be on call every other weekend without pay unless you get called to make a delivery. This is a hourly job. Dress code is casual or scrubs. 2. Sales Manager with Marriot, Hilton or Sheraton hotel where you have a set schedule from 8 to 6pm with your own office. You answer calls from inquiries for pricing and emails. You make outbound phone calls half a day then you go out and visit clients such as travel agencies, group traveling organizers, the other half of the day. This job requires you to wear a suit all day. The PSR job doesn't have much growth other then to become a sales rep when a position is available. The Sales Manager job with hotel you can advance to other dept such catering, marketing, and etc. The Sales manager job pays a bit more but the PSR position is hourly so you can add up to many hours of overtime which would probably equal out to Sales Manager's salary.   For my personality, I would choose job #1. I am not the "sales" type of person, and job #2 would have more pressure from the corporate level if sales are not what they want. I wouldn't like a position where "numbers" is a daily issue. I would rather wear casual clothing than be tied up lol
