What are the rules about letting someone or company advertise on a facebook page?
-
I have a community page on facebook and I am an admin for that page. It has over 50000 likes and I have recently been messaged by an owner from a random company if the page does paid advertisements. I am wondering if facebook would allow me to profit from letting others advertise their company on my page. I have tried to find answers from facebook but ive been unsuccesful. I dont want facebook to delete the page or remove me as an admin as a result.

Answer:
No they will not allow you to do this. Facebook has it's own advertising methods for the entire site and makes all of it's money from advertising profits. If you have never heard of the company you would probably never see a penny anyway and I'd be willing to bet that you would be breaking the terms and conditions of your sign up to facebook.
