Event organiser and manager-difference?

Well, my question is simple, what is the difference between these 2 jobs and can one person do both of them?

Answer:
This is self explanatory. An event organizer organizes an event by planning out the logistics of the event. A manager is just someone who has direct report employees under him. A manager can be an event organizer but an event organizer does not have to be a manager.
