What is a personal assessment?

My assessment is coming up, what should i do? HELP?

• Well heres the thing, my teacher has been sort of supporting me and pushing me all year and now towards the end as we are starting our year 10 timetable in a couple of weeks we have one final assessment in english.. So far I have gotten all level 6's and one level 7 which is really and my teacher thinks that I could go on to getting an A or even A* in english. But my problem is that today we got our other assessment back (writing short stories) and I got a "strong level 6" I guess I'm a bit gutted about that as I really wanted to get a level 7 and only one person in the entire class got a level 7 some people even got a level 5 so I guess my "strong level 6" is ok. But now my teacher is saying to other students (I overheard her saying) that they will get put up a set (into top set, I'm in set 2 second to top) and the rest of the class will stay in the same set, this scared me because I really think that I could have gotten up a set, I think our assessment is on Monday and its on spoken language, we have to analyse a Jamie Oliver transcript from an interview he did in 2003 on Michael Parkinson... So my problem is that I'm scared I'm going to do bad (I'm kind of guessing that I'll get a level 6) and she may put me down a set, now that she doesn't really seem to care about me to be frank... what should I do?   Just try and get another strong level 6 and if you do get that level 7 you'll move up. Don't worry though, you won't get moved down for not getting a level 7. Also it's most likely that next year you won't be in sets for English and if you try your best and even harder next year you can still get that A/A* you want! Good Luck! :)
