Where To Buy Great Shape Today?

Is today your birthday? How old? Did you become what you thought you would be?

• Today is MY BIRTHDAY. I am 60! When I was young, I SAW what people looked like, at age 50, and older. They looked TERRIBLE. In fact, now, they STILL DO. So "growing old" was NOT something I was looking forward to. it looked awful. The only thing I could think of to do, was start lifting weights. So I started at age 35. Fear of turning 40, was my motivation... So here I am, at 60 - I am big, muscular, in great shape. I was laid-off from my job, on my 59th birthday! After 25 years at the same employer (that sucked). But I am back in college, and preparing for a another 20-60 years of employment, Worried about "growing old?" Let senior citizens around you motivate you to buy weights, and use them; every day. Or just "grow old gracefully..." But I am not sure what is 'graceful' about looking like sh-t at 60, and older! Have a great day, birthday celebrators.
