Brazil Refugee System and Asylum Procedure?

• I want write some information about brazilian Refugee and asylum procedure.. First of all i should appreciate Brazil Gvt. for giving refugee protection in that time when all countries going through crisis down. Brazil is one of greatest , developing and Catholic country. Full of natural wealth and beautiful weather with mixed race. Brazilian peoples are very jolly loving and helpful it is not rich country but all is well . My name is Saqi and i live in Rio de Janeiro. I am also one of the foreigners who lives in brazil as refugee status and thankful to brazil because he gave me right to live independently. i want tell to all those peoples who going to apply for refugee status in Brazil or just thinking or looking information about this, Asylum procedure can be complicated same like other countries . you can apply asylum at CONARE(National Committee for Refugees) which is located in Rio de Janeiro if you came Rio de janeiro otherwise all states have this center . After CONARE you have to get permission to live in brazil from FEDRAL POLICE which is located on International Airport Rio de Janeiro all airports have this office but by rule you must apply asylum at CONARE thats why you are allow visa to enter brazil . after all finish procedure by (CONAIR) and (Federal police) this procedure can take your 4 completely busy days. then you will get one protocol identity which will valid for 3 months. in meantime you have permission to get work permit from Ministry of work by showing this protocol identity and you can search job in these 3 months you have completely permission to move anywhere in brazil . until you are not able to speak brazilian language you can't get job easily and other thing there is limited opportunities. in meantime CONARE is responsible to give your social help but not responsible for your residency thay have no any camp for refugee its upon you you need to manage everything. But i hear by some resources that Sao Paulo gives residency to refugee. there is 300 br$ social help which you can get at least 6 months. after 3 months of your first protocol validity you are invited for final interview with lawyer and your all case depend on this interview . after this interviews you have to wait maximum 2 months for your result. if CONARE accept your case then you will get new protocol as temporary residency which will valid for 6 months. otherwise you can reclaim and you are again able to get social help . after finishing the second protocol which is called temporary residency and validity of 6 month. you will get permanent yellow card which will valid for 2 years and now you are brazilian. two time your yellow card will renew for 2 ,2 year after you can apply for passport of brazil. till passport it will get almost 5 years. -------------- IMPORANTs: For all this procedure you must need brazilian companian otherwise you can not get becouse of language. 300br$ brazilian Rial with this help you can not survive you have to work. Very hard to find english speakers. residency and communication are very expensive. if you are expert in any technical field you can get opportunity very rapidly. -------------
