My HBO 3D on demand has a spilt screen how can i fix this?

im trying to watch the 3D on demand movies from HBO but every time i try to watch it i get a split screen ( 2 screens side by side) how can i fix this to make it only so i have 1 screen? its a sharp tv and we have time Warner cable if that helps

is your TV a 3D TV? do you have the glasses that work with that TV on? these both have to be done for it to work properly
