How can i become an actress at 13?

  • I'm thirteen and really want to become an actress. My friends say that i'm good at acting. I also want to become famous to share my story and show that anyone can become famous. I would want to act in movies or tv shows maybe even commercials! If anyone had any ideas on how to help me become an actress, that would be greatly appreciated! thanks

    Start with theatre classes in your high school and community theatre. Disney channel often has auditions so keep your eyes open for those. Practice hard, and don't worry if you don't get in after one audition. Show business is a tough road. Also if you want to act in commercials ask around the businesses in your town. Most of the local commercials that you see on T.V. are from a company that works in your town. So if you find out the company you can talk to them for roles and auditioning.

Of course anyone can be famous. The first thing that you need is to either get discovered or have your parents get you an agent. I have the same dream as you. It also depends on where you live, if you live in a state or near a city that they are filming a movie in you can become an extra in that movie and then agents may see that you have a lot of potential they could represent you.
