How do I open a medical marijuana dispensary in California?

Would a California Medical Marijuana card work at dispensary's in Arizona?

I have my card out here in Cali but i visit arizona a lot so would anyone know about that? i havent checked with any of the dispensary's out there yet

NO if you are using your cali mmj card. But in arizona, if you can do proper documentation and get consultation from doctor then i think you can get mmj card.

Medical marijuana is governed by each state's MMJ laws, so your CA authorization will not be valid in AZ (nor would it be in WA, OR, CO or any other state permitting MMJ use).

No, you need an Arizona state card. Your card is only good for the state issued. So if you move to Arizona and get caught with marijuana you still get into trouble. Also when you move and get your new card be sure to put it on file with the local police department.
