Hiyah You will be given an induction on your first day. This is training so that you know the health and safety rules that apply to your job, where the toilets are, who your boss is and what you will be doing. They may also issue you with a uniform and you may have some forms to fill out. Don't worry they won't just drop you into a job then leave you. They will answer all your questions on the first day as they want you to be a useful member of staff and you can't be if you don't know what you are doing - so its in their interest to make sure you are crystal clear about your job. All the people there also had a "first day" once so they know how you feel. Good luck.
