How to get rid of struck pixel?

• I have this struck pixel line from right side of the flat screen and all the way to the left. It shifts colors sometimes, when i play games or watch movies. I have downloaded program named UDPixel, it shifts colors automaticly which should remove the problem, but it doesent work. I have also tried to press on the pixel line with my fingers on both sides of the screen, pluged off cables also but nothing works. Monitor is just 5 years old, is it old enough to get that major problems? I have had this struck pixel line in one week now, can't wait to get rid of it. Please any suggestions?

  I have monitors that are much younger than 5 yeas that have had major problems. Sometimes it happens probably bad monitor.
