What Are Good Upper Body Workouts (15)?

I'm 15 and looking for some good arm, chest, and ab workouts for the summer. I need to gain upper body muscle and muscle mass and id like to get 10-20 pounds added on by august. What are some good workouts for someone my age? Ill be lifting 4 days a week, and doing at home workouts once a week. Any help is appreciated! Links to youtube or other videos is also very helpful, so I can see proper technique for the workouts.
