How to find out admin's pass using a limited standard user account? windows 7 only...?

I have windows 7. I don't have a usb drive,cds,dvds, I don't have enough money to get any. I'm not the adminstrator of this computer. i'm a standard user so my access to certain things are limited by the administrator. I do not have access to the adminstrator's pass either. I cannot download anything on this pc without the administrator's pass so please do not tell me to download anything. is there a way i can bypass the adminstrators pass without downloading anything? or a way to find out the admin pass so i can use that to log in to the admin account and change the limited settings of standard user. the adminstrator completely controls my time on the pc also. i am not trying to reset the password or become the adminstrator to this computer. i simply just want a way to find out the adminstrator's pass or bypass it. i tried the cmd method, the safe mode method, and pretty much all I can think of NONE of these worked. i tried to create another account so i will no longer have restrictions but i need the admin pass for that too. please help me and please take this question seriously....

It is impossible. Windows 7 password uses 1024bit encryptions. it will take a super computer months to break a 8 letter password with brute froce method

I met the same things several days ago. I lost my windows administrator password. I tried some free software. It took me three days and got quite messy. Unfortunately none of them work on my laptop. Then I found Windows Password Reset 9.0 at http://www.reset-windows-password.com. It worked like a charm, but it is not free.
