Computer networking technican' What do you great IT people do!, and should I go into this carrer as well?

I have a choice to be made tommorow before the deadline, take normal course in grade 11. or take highschool course Its a program that take out elective such as P.E, Elective[2], and language. Leaving me with [math,science,social study, english] on 1 day second day take a computer networking technician course. My question basically is :[ will the networking tech. academy help me in future. I will have a CCNA certification and CompTIA A+ I honestly don't know what these are, but am willing to learn them :] I know so far I'll learn how to build a computer, from component; as well as networking. Can I take university, to go into medical, but have these certificate to land a job, to pay UNI. Read On, But, I want a professional opinion in this industry. Such, as what job will this put me in, because my reason for taking this program is for a good job during University year. Will this land me in Bestbuy selling computer, lol sorry if I'm "really off" by saying that, or, umm, "like' computer reapir' networking troubleshoot by phone". As you might notice I lack pre experience for this, but am so modivated to learn D: Just don't want to make a wrong choice, that will regret later, I have so much respect for IT and computer technician though from my encounter on phone with them.
