How to put a tumblr profile picture on your page?

I've been trying to find codes for this. I did it once, but my picture was to big! And i still couldnt put text understand the profile picture. Help Please!

Answer:
If you want a picture on your blog, you have to upload it as a Header. When you're in edit mode, you should be able to go to 'Page Apperance' and browse and pick one from your computer. Hope i helped!! :)
