How do i make screen shot of only selected items on my excel sheet?

  • i want to take screen shot of an selected item on my excel sheet and paste it on my e-mail to send. how can i do this?/

  • Answer:

    Select the whole range. Press shift, click on the edit menu (ver 2003 and below), it will change to copy picture. Sending via email depends on the email app. Some allow paste, for others you'll have save a copy of the picture before you can send it as an email attachment.
