Where can i get blank engrave art paper?

Can someone please let me know where I can get that black, thick paper that you scratch away at it to make a picture. I see them in kits where you can trace a picture, but I'm looking for the real paper, that's blank, and you can make your own art on it. If someone can give me a website I can buy it on that would be great.

It is not a paper, it is a coated colored surface and you scratch off the black surface - you can make it with India ink on a surface colored with crayon. The makers of the kits should sell resupply packages. It is not paper that can be used for anything as it can't be printed on, it is an art media with the color area being a specified pattern or solid color. Scratch pads.
