The humane society will take care of them, but if you want to keep them do it! The don't HAVE to live outside, but rabbits do tend to have trouble if they're left in temps over about 85-90, so make sure they have plenty of shade and water. You can also freeze 2 liter bottles of water and put them in their cage to lean up against. And the missing fur can be a number of things. Rabbits pull it out when they have a litter of babies for their nests, so it could be she just had babies somewhere. They don't stay with their babies so as to not attract trouble in the wild. If you just pull a small pinch of hair you'll see how easily it comes out. (It won't hurt, don't worry) But do what you feel is best for the bunnies. If you think you have the time to give them go for it! But I'd find out what sex they are before you stick them in a cage together or you might have a lot more bunnies than you planned on! ;)

It would be fine to keep them inside though but I wouldn't try to give them a bath again they can go into shock from it.
