What's the cheapest plan I can get?

This summer I'm going to get my first phone. I'm turning 15 in september, and I decided to get an iphone 4s. I was wondering what the cheapest plan I can get. All that I really want is unlimited texting and 250 calls, and maybe facebook. That's it. I was wondering what the best carrier/ company to go through my plan with, and what there cheapest plan is that meets my requirements. Plus I was also wondering If anyone knew any rumors about the iphone 5 coming out? pls no stupid answers that aren't helpful, thnxs :)

To be honest, I don't think any carriers allow you to use an iPhone without getting a full unlimited plan. If that is the case I think Verizon has the cheapest unlimited plan (probably about 150 a month, maybe more) If you are comfortable looking at other phone choices the android optimus is very similar to the iPhone and you can get it on Strighttalk with unlimited everything for $45 month... Straighttalk and Boost mobile have the cheapest plans but they don't support the iPhone unfortunately.
