Where can I volunteer?

I'm 13 where can i volunteer?

  • i live in a very small town in mississippi. i wanna volunteer some where but i'm 13 and i have seizures. so i don't really know if any one will let me volunteer any where. i was thinking about volunteer at an animal shelter but i don't think there is one where i live. please help me think of places i can volunteer at

    with you being a minor it's hard find a place because they feel you should be at school even though you're on home study. i was on home study the last 3yrs of high school due to my seizures, thats how i know. i eventually found a place that allowed me to and that was libary. 32yrs of complex partial seizures

If you have a Key Club or a Leos club in your highschool, you can join them they are nationally known volunteer clubs. I volunteered at a after school day program for an elementary school. because there was only 2 adults for like 20 kids and those kids are there all day with no one interacting with them. I would do things one on one or one on two with the kids,like push on swings, read a book, etc and during their summer camp I would help chaperone field trips. and I was your age.
