Who would win The Ghost rider or Grim reaper?

are you talking about the myth/legend of the ghost riders or the comic book? if we're talking the legend/myth then the angel of death defeats the ghost rider every time & here's why: angels & demons (fallen angels) are higher up on the ladder of command than the souls/ spirits of deceased mortals who are doing penance for serious sins committed during their lives (the ghost riders). the angel of death is not dead. it is a living thing. its function is to collect & escort the souls of the dead on to their next phase of existence. the ghost riders' function is to keep evil in check & maintain the balance between good & evil & once they have redeemed themselves, they can move on. their functions may cause them to cross paths but it doesn't bring them into conflict. so they would never face each other down but if for some strange reason they did, the angel would win. in the spiritual realm, angels are a separate species from the other types of spirits & souls. the souls of the deceased cannot become demons or angels. to say that a mortal's soul could one day become an angel is like saying you could one day become a dolphin. now if you're talking comic book: that's a whole other beast & it depends on who is writing the story & what they are trying to tell as to what will happen between the ghost rider & the angel of death.
