How to get rid of nasal allergies, please help?

PLEASE HELP!! ALLERGIES ?

• Ok my allergies are causing me to have a stuffy nose.....last week it happened and went away in like two days..however, my stuffy nose came back and it's been going on for a week!! Wen I get hot, it'll clear up......but if I go somewhere inside with air conditioning, or outside in a shaded area, it stuff right back up! So much that NO AIR goes in or out....I kno it's not mucus because I can look into my nose and see that my nasal passages are closed, why? Idk..... So I take allergy medicine every day as instructed, but it doesn't seem to work My nose is runny and stuffy and it make me feel horrible overall My PROM is tomorrow night, and I DO NOT want to be walking around, blowing and wiping my nose all night, and not being able to smell or taste anything..... So can somebody PLEEAASSEEEE tell me how to get rid of this stuffy nose!! I've tried Vicks and Zyrtec.......help me please

  Try a neti pot. Though if you're too stuffed it might not work. Or a nasal spray
