Where can I upload a 15.7 GB video file for free?

I have a very, very, very, very, very big video file that i'm trying to upload to somewhere, it's 15.7 GB. I want to try and upload it in all one video. I know there's Youtube, but i'm "not enabled to upload videos longer than 15 minutes". Is there and sites out there, where I can upload very big video files like this, for free? Thanks

Answer:
15Gb? let me see... no where... Convert it to a lower quality MPEG. Because there might be a risk of upload failure in the middle of uploading. Hope that helps...
