I can`t download from Blackberry app world?

I have a Blackberry curve 8520, I have it connected to my computer and I`m trying to download from blackberry app world. When it comes to connecting to my BB it says "An error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Web plugin. Please restart your device and try again. If you have content protection enabled on your device, please disable and try again." Content protection on BB 8520 Curve is Encryption in the security options and it is disabled. So how is it that I`m still not getting through? PLEASE HELP
