Can n64 games play on an HD VGA Monitor?
-
I want to buy an n64 and connect it to my LG computer monitor as I do not have a TV. I would have to buy an adapter so that the RCA cables could go in my monitor's VGA female port. But, will the old n64 games be able to play through VGA? I read that some gamecube games cannot be played over VGA unless they have "progressive scan." If some gamecube games won't play, does that mean most n64 games won't be able to play either? The bottom line is, I would like to get an n64 but I won't get it if the system can connect to the monitor but the games won't. Does anyone have any knowledge on this?
