How to make my email work?

I just finished (almost) my first website that I made with Dreamweaver. I just need to make the contact/feedback form in one of my pages, before going live. I already have a web hosting that supports SMTP and gave me the Plesk Panel to work with. My question is, how to make the contact form to send me emails so I can view them in Plesk. Do I just create a new email in Plesk and then connect it with the contact form via 'mailto'?The contact form page has to be with php?I am really new in this, and I would appreciate if someone could give me the necessary steps.

first of all! Plesk sucks! Go with cPanel if u can.,....much better for ur problem send me ur web URL [email protected] Thanks
