Can you ride your bike the same day you work out your legs?

if you use weights or go to the gym to work out your legs, then 1 hour later you want to ride your bike, well it effect you in any bad way? and can i ride me bike the next day and the day after? just and example but not my full routine: mon: calf raises, bike ride 1 hours tues: bike ride 2hours wed bike ride 2hours thruday bike ride and calf raises of course not JUST calf raises but i was just giving an example suggestions are welcome
