Why is my husband allowed to bring me to custody court every three months? their is never a change in order.?

for one, every single time he asks to go to court ask for an adjournment - another 6 weeks will go by before you have to address it so your future ex IS abusing the system - I don't know how ANYONE could get a court date 23 times in 18 months - thats UNHEARD OF - does he know the judge or the attorney/??? he has to know someone ... usually the judge gets sick of this behavior and sides with the other side - something is fishy And yes if his pay changes, he is allowed to request a modification - just like you are able to do sorry you are going through this - it seems like at some point they will get sick of him in court

i laughed so bad, it will stop the day you stop fighting him, as much as he is the one that filed or the ones with all the motions in court, you are also contributing to the war by refusing what ever the crab it is that he wants. give him what he wants and wish him well, then you will pick up your won pieces . sometimes you respect fools to avoid trouble. i learned this , same situation but we were not married, just parents, he took me to court almost every 2 week and with 2 really really powerful lawyers who just crippled me . he even took me to court for giving our son a hair cut without his consent..............ahhhhhhhhhhh just stop the fight, you still the mom, you still stay with the kids, the sun still shines......
