Is polysporin and neosporin the same thing?

Am I allergic to polysporin?

• I got a cut on my arm so for the past couple of days I've been using polysporin heal fast complete with 3 antibiotics with vitamin e, but it hasn't been healing at all and around the cut my arm has started to turn into a huge rash and is also a bit numb. I've never been allergic to the other types of polysporin but this the only thing I can think of as to why my arm is doing this.

  You may have a type of infection that those anti biotics dont help against, or you may be allergic to a certain ingredient in the cream if its different from something youve used before. Try using a different cream and see if it gets better, if not see a doctor. it may be a staph infection.
