Are you allowed to use an oyster card for 2 people?

I need to use paypal to purchase dice I cannot purchase otherwise.?

• It's a 16 sided dice. I am older than 18, but I don't have a bank account or a credit card, and I don't know my social security number. I am not allowed to have a bank account or credit card thanks to my parents. My parents say it's okay to use paypal since I can directly transfer money (cash) to it via the Money Pak card without using a credit card or bank account. But paypal sounds as if I cannot purchase things until I am verified, and you need either a paypal card, a bank account, or a credit card to do so. There is no "Activation Code" or "License" option. What's up with that? Actually, the question is, is it possible to use ONLY the Money Pak card and not supply a Credit card or a bank account to purchase any item online using paypal? The thing is, I am not allowed to leave home under some legal rules until I become independent. I can't expect my parents to use paypal because they don't trust the use of credit cards: They have fees, overpays are a hassle, and people can steal your info and money and all information once they get a hold of your credit card number and such - in short - they don't use credit or debit cards to purchase "want" items... only for special reasons like medical payments and the like. And a bank account wired transfer is just as problematic, if not in all the same ways. They don't trust paypal enough to supply ANY personal info, mine or theirs. I have no other relatives or friends or nieghbors I know or trust... I'm all on my own. Using a prepaid or gift card like master card, visa, american express, or the such is a big NO (Tried it, didn't work.) Nothing you say can change their mind (trust me, I tried changing their minds about a lot of things millions of times... never once they reconsidered. Their minds are locked once they make a decision). I am not allowed to know my Social Security number because I might use it wrong and get scammed. Trust me, I am super intelligent. I know a scam when I see one. I hear all about it on the news. I even run into a lot of places secretly harboring them. Once you get the knowing of the general and ungenerals of the world of scams, you know every one when you see it. My parents are the same way. So, even though I am super intellegent, I have behavior and ethnic problems, as well a disability. Don't ask my IQ please. I don't want to sound like I'm bragging. I just need a little insight of this "paypal" deal. So, you know my predicament and a little bit about what I'm going at. Back to my ultimate question: Can I use paypal with my Money Pak cards to make online purchases without verifying that I'm a human customer (aka linking to bank account, purchasing a paypal premium card, or entering a credit card)? ALSO: I tried Amazon. None there, except a few I don't like the look of maybe... out of stock too, probably.
