How can I learn how to drive?

I know a little bit how to drive, turn signals, make turns and reaction timings, but I still get scared at times. Like I can drive on 3 roads with cars and the road on the way home, I need to progress more, I'm being taught by my mom, she's calm sometimes but reacts and makes me nervous, and Im scared she even said she doesn't care about the car, but it's hard to learn because if i mess up the people behind me get pissed and start honking. Like I want to drive onto another road (which I can) But it's hard at stop signs letting people pass then going, because sometimes they don't let me pass and those other crazy drivers out there, im 16 and got my permit 2 months ago. Like im scared because i don't want to mess up how do I learn how to become a good driver, and do better and be more confident I need to learn I don't want to be scared for long..

Ok, remember this very important rule of driving: Never worry about the person behind you, they are not driving your car, you are driving your car. If they don't like what you are doing then too bad, it does not matter. Hell with 'em! Just focus on what you are doing and keep your eyes on the road ahead. And take a driving class. Mom can only teach you so much.
