Why won't Minecraft work?

Why wont my Minecraft Technic pack work on 1.2.5?

• So i got minecraft technic and at the launcher it allow me to pick ver 1.1 and 1.2.5 minecraft. I pick 1.2.5 and i dont see anything it is just like normal Minecraft and i also tried this on Technic and Tekkit. So when i go to 1.1 it works i see the mod and everything.. on Minecraft 1.2.5 Technic i see my original worlds form normal minecraft and i dont see the technic mod. I am wondering if this can be fixed. Minecraft technic 1.2.5= I see my world form original minecraft 1.2.5 and dont see the technic mod. And Minecraft Technic 1.1= i dont see worlds form 1.2.5 and i see the technic mod and works fine. also in minecraft 1.1 there are no bandits??? and no forests so that is why i want to try to get it working on minecraft 1.2.5 technic. please help me best answer 10 points.
