What was the name of this Twilight Zone Episode?

• I'm almost positive it was a Twilight Zone, but it may have been a Hitchcock or some other show, but I think it was the TWILIGHT ZONE There is a really small town and some guy kills another guy, then he hides on top of the school up by the school bell. I liked it a lot, but I can't remember the name of the episode.
