How to make a MultiTrack Video?

  i doubt you can find a free editor that can handle 4 simultaneous video. even Sony movie studio only does 2. if you plan ahead, you can do it with simple picture in picture function which most free editors should have. to get simultaneous lip-sync you might want camcorders with time code. after combining 2 videos, you render the result and then use that as the basis for adding the next, and repeat for the fourth. i once did a video clip with 20 simultaneous layers once and that was in the video tape era, one layer at a time. that being said, that is not how the example clip you link to was done. that was done live, with 4 cameras feeding a video device called a "quad split" and the resulting live performance recorded. there was no editing involved.
