Why does my ipod keep crashing?

The apps on my iPod touch keep crashing?!!?

  • For some reason the other day it said on my iPod "Plug into iTunes..." I did and i synced my iPod a bit... Then I tried clicking on the apps I usually go on... And they kept crashing! Every app I click on crashes. It's so annoying. And I have a diary on my iPod that I have written in for like 2 years and I'm worried that If I restore my iPod or delete the app, I will lose all the entrys!! Help?

    This happened to me and I had to take it to an apple store but they told me if I re sync it and did an update on it it would be fine hope this helps good luck:)

Try quitting and reopening your apps (don't worry it won't erase anything on your iPod or apps) if you have the newest iPod or the newest software for your iPod just press your home button twice in a row (like double clicking on a computer) then some apps will appear on the bottom. Hold down one of the apps and a red circle with a minus inside will be at the top left-hand cover of each app. Just press all of those minuses and it will quit all the apps you quit. Reopen the app like you normally would and it shouldn't crash anymore. Just do this every once in a while so it won't crash. Hope this helps
