Any great Italian restaurants in St. Pete's Florida?

Looking for a nice upscale beach resort in the St. Petes /Tampa area, close to good restaurants?

    We have stayed at a number of places along that Gulf coast and I would recommend St. Pete Beach as a region. Stayed at Tradewinds a couple of times and our son was married at the Sirata a couple years ago. Both are upsale and have good restaurants on property as well as close by. Beachfront, multiple pools, Tiki bars, etc. There is a place called The Don Ceasar at the South end of the area that you look at and say...wow what a cool looking place, I probably can't afford it. It is a classic 1920's hotel that is popular and has a great reputation. I hear the rooms are smallish but the food is excellent.
