How much would My insurance premium be?

How much are you paying for your monthly health insurance premium under your individual health insurance plan?

  • I am with Health-Partners and moved and took it with me. It's an individual plan and not with a company. Because of my age my monthly health insurance premium is jumping from $367 to $411 in a couple of months. My deductible is $1500.00. I'm locked into the deductible because I moved to another state. The state I moved to, their individual plans have even higher monthly premiums and less coverage. Thing is, I am getting squeezed financially with the jump since I am on a limited income. How is everyone else faring out there?

  • Answer:

$980/month; $5000 deductable; and I have only ever used it for mammograms. The self-insured market supports the whole system. I have been with them years so it goes up every time and after years & years-this is where I am. Sad.
