Why cant I remember things?

• okay so I can remember things, but like little things I'll always forget. My family and friends used to just joke about it and we'd laugh, but now its starting to worry me because it hasnt stopped and its just getting very slowly worse. So I cant remember small things in class, like if we have homework or the teacher tells us to do something or anything like that, I literally dont remember it. its not that I dont take it in or listen to the teacher, Ive always been a very good, bright student. Im having more difficulty remembering the new things we;ve learnt in class, simple things that I used to have found extremely simple and retained easily. my mum will ask me to get her a drink or something, Ill get to the kitchen, completely forget, walk back out, and she'll be like uuum.. do you remember what I asked you to get? and I dont recall her saying anything at all. She always jokes about my brain being "swiss cheese" and things just fall out the holes. but now i am getting worried and I dont know if its serious or not and yeah. help? thanks.

  just a passing phase within 9 weeks if still there - gotta seek medical attention. its brain - learn how it works - control it left right side - separate yet seamless something is not balance - not easy long process start now training practice is required avoid junk food red meat cola eat brain food only
