Can anyone help me find an anime show that I saw clips of?

From the clips there was this guy with brown hair who was hired to go to an apartment and take care of a rabbit named Aki. But when he got there he instead found a white haired young man bound and gagged naked in what i presumed was a closet of some sorts. After he took the rope off and the gag not long after the white haired young man seduced the brown haired guy and then ended up doing it while the guy who I believe hired the brown haired guy watched the whole thing in his car. I believe this is a yaoi anime but I didn't catch any names except for the name of the supposed rabbit named Aki.
