Design google chrome..how do you do that?

Ok,i saw my brother using his laptop and i noticed that his google chrome looks different from mine,There was a BRS(Black Rock Shooter) design on the place where the tabs are in his goggle chrome.I asked him how'd he do it and he told me it was HTML coding.I think hes tricking me.... So my question is how do design google chrome?

I'm not sure about your brother but you can get a theme for your google chrome by going to the Wrench icon in the top right of Google Chrome then to Settings and click on Get themes. There's a bunch to choose from but I did happened to search BRS for you but it showed no results. *New Info* Ohh, sorry if you don't see Get Themes its under Appearance. But, also i take back what I previously said; There are I think 5-6 Black Rock Shooter Themes. You just have to make sure you click on Themes at the bottom of the left sidebar. Hope you find the one your brother had :p
