How can I be agile and strong?

Parkour/Freerunning, how can i learn to do it?

• Ok obvious question, how to learn parkour/freerunning. I'm not some kid who is like "ooooo that's cool, I wanna do that!' I am a 16 year old who, for 6 years of my life, competed in men's gymnastics and is currently a male cheerleader. So my question isn't as much as how do i develop and learn skills as much as it is how do i put my skills together and basics that i should know to put moves together to begin attempting parkour/freerunning. Also some info on things about it and what not. Also, I AM NOT saying that I know all there is to know about it, to be honest, I don't have much a clue about it. But what im asking is to help me LEARN. As for moves and such, I am fairly strong (i have to hold a girl up by myself and i have more than enough to do that) and I am quite agile. Of course you can never be too agile so i'm continuing progress with that. And I can do basic moves, standing back tuck, working on a roundoff back handspring full. Have a layout, tuck, front handspring, front punch and many other simple moves. I'm not bragging because i can tell you that im not super advanced, i can honestly say that i'm at the lower end of where i want to be but a month ago i hadn't tumbled in 5 years so im picking it back up. thanks. also no asshole statements, because i really don't care what you think of me cause you don't even know me, and don't bash me if you're awesome at it because that why i'm asking the question, because i'm curious and want to learn.

  well its just like gymnastics, you know that standing backflip you learned? well just perform it over a concrete sidewalk and viola!!! parkour! ....or a trip to the hospital, but you gotta start somewhere. the truth is kid... what you dont see in all the parkour videos on youtube is all the injuries and stunts that they DIDNT make... they just edit it to look like they are doing all of this in sequence, when in reality it may take weeks to get all those stunts on video. do yourself a favor, get a job, buy a nice car in a year, and you will get all the pussy you want, you dont need to be jumping off rooftops and flipping over parked cars to get the girls, you will just get hurt and probobly paralyzed.. then whos gonna suck your limp dick when your wheeling yourself around with two lame legs hanging from the wheel chair.
