Donating blood tommarow could I still go to football practice?

So tommarow I'm donating blood for my first time but I have football practice at around 315 I'm donating like around 830-930 can I still go and practice?

Well, after donating blood, they check that you "recover" or isn't dizzy, etc. So yes, if you feel fine, why not? I've been gymming a lot and been donating blood. It's a good combination of staying healthy. Just make sure before and after donating blood, you take in lots of fluids and eat something and the same when you go to the practice. Take something like Energade about half an hour before going 2 the practice and a healthy snack.
