  • hi.i am 16 and 5'6".i want to grow taller.will high intensity exercise can trigger HGH and increase height?please be kind and don't say that there is no way to increase your height.genes are bi@#es!

    I know you pleaded for us not to say it, but, really, there is no reliable way to increase your height. I am about 5'6" and shrinking as I get older, and once I got past *thinking* I was short, my height was never an issue again. There's a lot of strength in choosing to look at your situation positively and working with it rather than trying to change something that isn't really changeable. Either that, or buy taller shoes and call it a day! :-)

its great ur exercising, that could contribute to getting taller. eat leafy greens and drink whole milk (cut down abit on the junk) get a good night sleep , 10 hours at least. hope it helps :)
