How should I approach a store to get a job?

  • I have really been trying to look for a job and I think I might want to work at kohls. The thing is its my first attempt to getting a job so I don't know who to talk to or how to talk to them. I'm fifteen but I'm going to be sixteen in June. Can anyone please help? I really want and need this job for money and an experience in the real world. Should I go to a random employee and ask them? Or go to customer service? I have no clue.

go to customer service,ask if they are currently hiring, if not say, will could i drop off a resume incase you guys are, if they are fill out the application and hand in resume with it if you have any work experience from highschool put that on the resume,make sure you have some references

I'm pretty sure you have to be older than 15 to work at Khols. Maybe you could try Chickfila, they hire at 15. Or at different restaurants then when you're older try a department store:)
