A Job Interview at McDonald's?

Job interview at Mcdonalds URGENT!?

• So I have a job interview at McDonald's next wednesday, I got a email telling me to chose a day and time. I've seen a few people on here say they do group interviews, do McDonald's always have group interviews? The McDonald's I've applied for isn't exactly a one in the middle of a big city more like a small one! So I don't think there will be a lot of people there to interview as I would much prefer a one on one interview. Please can someone who has had a successful interview with McDonald's help?

  Initial interviews are usually one to one, though a lot of interviewees are seen per day. You will have a semi-formal interview with a manager, usually the business manager, an OJE (on job evaluation) where they put you on a station with a crew trainer or manager for 10 minutes (this will usually be presenting window on drive- thru if applicable), then the interviewer will go through some paperwork, and you'll be free to go. If you are successful you will be invited to a welcome meeting where you learn a bit about the company, get the employment paperwork and identity verification, and you are issued with your first shifts. This is a group meeting, but it involves successful applicants. Good luck! :D
