Can you transfer money into a chase bank account from a paypal?

I'm trying to put money in my friends bank account, but I am having troubles. The obvious thing to do is go to a chase bank and drop off the money there, but I live hours away from a chase bank. And I don't want to transfer the money through my wellsfargo account online. If I create a paypal, would I be able to transfer money to her chase account? Would paypal charge me a lot for this? Any help. Or steps would be really appreciated.

If your friend has a paypal account already all you do is send the money to her account and she can transfer it from paypal to her chase account. Paypal charges little or nothing form money transfers.
