Is Van Staal worth buying?

Buying a van and I can't find the value. What is it worth?

  • It's a 1982 Ford Econoline Van with 85,000 miles and no apparent mechanical problems. I tried Kelly Blue Book, but it didn't give a price for such a late model. What is it worth??

Keep it and restore it, I believe it looks cool. If you can post a picture. The top price that I would sell it for would be about 6 grand

The guides are worthless on cars this age. I'd say $1500-2000 if it runs and looks good. If it's ragged out, almost nothing. Nobody out there is dreaming of an old Ford van unless its in showroom perfect condition.

I would say more like $1500, but I can also see where somebody might scoop this 30 year old antique up to put in parades, or a museum.
