How do people make cute cartoon pictures of them selves?

  • Usually on tumblr i see people with a cute little cartoon/anime picture of themselves and it looks adorable. its not like south park version of themselves or anything. they just look like cute cartoon figures of themselves. how do you make that? do you draw it yourself on the computer? and if so..how do you do THAT? lol 10 pts? :3
