How can i get Thicker hair? Also how do I to prevent Split Ends?!?!?

My hair is thick but i would really like it to be thicker and my hair is always greesy but my aunt said to not take to many showers because it would dry my hair out. i have meduim length hair and side bangs i also plan to either get side swept bangs or regular bangs. Im really desperate to improve my hair ill buy brushes shampoos conditioners ANYTHING!!!!!!! to fix my hair and i still have to get my trims done because i have split ends

you can use castor oil( jamaican black or regular), and olive oil. If you're african american, wrapping your hair works, and not putting too much heat in your hair, keeps it thicker and more natural. The products mentioned above is sold in any store. The castor oil is usually used for ingestion but great for hair.
