Home theater audio optical cable surround sound help?

Cables needed to set up Projector with Surround sound, Uverse, and XBOX 360?

I just bought a Panasonic PT-LB30U LCD Projector and a Panasonic sa-pt670 Home theater system. I would like the Xbox 360 and the Uverse cable box to connect to the projector as both be able to have surround sound. Please tell me the cables needed as well as which cables to which electronic. Here are the inputs of each: For the Projector: RGB x 1 Component x 1 S-Video x 1 Composite Video x 1 RCA Audio x 2 3.5mm Audio x 3 For the surround Sound: Optical in HDMI Component Video in 480p Component video out Optical in Xbox 360: Video input with optical Uverse Receiver: S video usb Video in Audio in Optical Thanks for any help!!!!
